Is there any warranty of the connectivity speed?
There are more servers connected to each switch (24 port switch) and this way it is impossible to guarantee the full speed for each server in every moment. We use shaping tools for more righteous division of the bandwidth. For customers who need speed warranty, we can make special offer with dedicated line.

What does it mean "shared connectivity"?
Total capacity of the uplink to each switch is divided among all servers on the switch. We use 24 port switch, it means, that our agregation ratio is 1:24 at most - total capacity of the uplink is divided among 24 servers at most.

Why may I need more IP addresses?
More IP addresses is needed when it is secured pages on the server. It is necessary to have one IP for each SSL certificate. More IP addresses You can use in other cases of course, more similar services on one server with another configuration etc.

Is the size of the server restricted?
Prices are for servers upto miditower or desktop size. It´s no problem to place larger server, after previous union.

What does it mean "VLAN"?
Virtual Lacal Area Network (VLAN) is transparent connection of two or more Local Area Network (LAN) on the second level of the network layer.

Is it possible to order installation and administration of the server?
We are able to ensure instalation and configuration of basic operating system (Debian, Ubuntu) within service Server Housing. Administration of the server we ensure within service Dedicated server and VPS Virtual Private Server offered on http://www.coolhousing.net .
