It is a server located in the provider’s server room, where the customer performs all server administration, SW installation, network service security and operation. In case the customer is not able to secure the functions, we provide managed dedicated server service. .

In case of dedicated servers the provider guarantees power, cooling and Internet connection. Hardware restarts and faulty hardware replacements are performed on as needed basis.
