IPv4 ping and traceroute

To test latency (ping) under IPv4, enter the following code into the command line. To make sure that the test is as precise as possible, we recommend testing the ping from several locations.

Linux/Unix
ping www.coolhousing.net
Windows
ping -4 www.coolhousing.net

You can find the number of routers between you and the Coolhouisng datacentre under the IPv4 protocol by entering the following command. To make sure that the test is as precise as possible, we recommend testing the traceroute from several locations.
