It is finally here. At the end of the last year, we have purchased a new Cummins C330D5 motor-generator. Unfortunately, the shipment had been delayed due to bad weather – during freezing temperatures, it was not quite possible to prepare a suitable "cosy den for our new kitty".
Last week, the preparation works were finished and the transport was ordered, only to have Mrs. Winter show us that she is not yet done. After the yesterday’s snow treat and night frost, we had to clean up and prepare everything all over again. At the end of the day though, we managed to do quite well and the installation of the motor-generator was literally a matter of minutes. We are going to share few photos from the event here as we are incredibly happy about the new machine.
