Microsoft transforms Windows to cloud OS. Samsung comes with a succession series for 840 EVO. GeForce GTX 960 will appear finally in January. These information are the main news of the past week.
From Windows will become a cloud OS
Time progressed and classic operating systems are an endangered species. Microsoft recognized it and therefore it decided to transform the latest version of Windows into a cloud operating system in the near future. This was announced by the Chief operating officer of Microsoft in the last week, Kevin Turner. He didn´t say that this shift will apply to Windows 10. He stated that the Windows 10 don´t appear before the autumm 2015. More information
Samsung started selling of Gear VR
After the extraordinary success of the headset Oculus Rift, which isn´t yet on sale and it already earned huge amounts of money to developer versions and it gained worldwide attention, a number of other competing products appeared on the market that have already entered to the production phase. Samsung introduced the SSD 850 EVO
We still stay about Samsung. This company enrolled in awareness also as the manufacturer of the most popular SSD discs (not only) for notebooks, especially those from a series of 840 EVO in recent years. Evolution goes further and everything needs to inovate. Now it comes with a new series of 850 EVO, which should replace the existing 840. 850 EVO has better speeds of reading and writing, but also other improved parameters. More information
GeForce GTW 960 comes at the beginning of 2015
News sites reported on the performance of new graphics card which is based on Nvidia Maxwell architecture, GeForce GTW 960, in recent weeks. Until now, it hasn´t been announced to the starting date of sale. Finnaly, it begins to be clear. Nvidia would introduced a new card at the beginning of next year at CES 2015 in Las Vegas. We will have to wait for the concrete specification of card, but it sure will be great. More information
