The investigate evaluation of failure from 5. 10. 2016
The cause of failure, which occurred during testing of a newly installed diesel engine on Wednesday October 10 2016 were discharged batteries of one part of central UPS. Monitoring and display of this central unit, which was controlled in spring 2016, hasn´t shown the real capacity of the batteries, which showed a half capacity of batteries at the time of test.

Statement about the failure from 5th October
On October 5, 2016 at 3:10 PM a widespread power outage affected the Coolhousing Data Center. The failure happened during the planned maintenance work in the final stage of new power backup generator installation. However we were well prepared for the operation, co-operating closely with the electric generator supplier technicians, when the backup power circuit was tested, certified backup battery of central UPS had unexpectedly discharged, although the UPS electronics still showed about 50% of battery capacity left.

Statement about power failure of service
Today, September 27, 2016 at 13:13 power failure of our service was happened. This failure was caused by human error during connecting of a second module of the central UPS to the power supply B circuit.
Update of fault
Services on physical hardware have been repaired, already. Now there is a new switch configuration for VPS, which was damaged by a fault. Please be patient, technicians do their best as quickly as possible to resolve the situation.
Electrical installation fault
Due to a fault of electrical installation few technical problems have occured in Coolhousing. We are working for their immediate removal. For the inconvenience we apologize, and continuously we will inform you about situation.
